Le projet R&D est dédié aux matières textiles : je recherche et propose des tissus qui vont s’adapter au cahier des charges du client. Chaque année, nous avons pour objectif de lancer une innovation (Seaqual, 37.5®). La partie RSE regroupe toutes les démarches qui répondent aux valeurs et convictions de l’entreprise pour le développement durable. C’est être, à tous les niveaux, dans l’amélioration continue : le but est de diminuer notre impact sur l’environnement. Enfin, la fonction SMQ consiste à cartographier tous les processus internes et s’assurer qu’il n’y ait pas de dysfonctionnements. Je suis en interaction avec tous les services (Commercial, Achats, BE, Marketing…) : c’est socialement et professionnellement très enrichissant. “Robur is a very rapidly evolving company that knows, and indeed has, what it takes to succeed”. My job has grown rapidly to reflect the needs expressed, and alongside the R&D aspect, I also take care of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) & QMS (Quality Management System) elements. The R&D aspect focuses on textile materials - I research and suggest fabrics that can be adapted to the client’s specifications, and we aim to launch one innovative product every year (Seaqual, 37.5®). With regard to the CSR aspect, this includes all initiatives that reflect the company’s values and beliefs in terms of sustainable development. This means continuously making improvements on all levels with the aim of reducing our environmental impact. Last but not least, the QMS element involves mapping all of our internal processes and ensuring that there are no malfunctions. I get to interact with all of the relevant departments (Sales, Purchasing, Design, Marketing, etc.), which is really enriching on both a social and a professional level. & développement Recherche
