Ce critère environnemental, qui est précisé dans le catalogue, s’illustre par le biais d’une jauge de couleur allant du rouge au vert foncé (du plus impactant au plus respectueux). On vous explique… Qu’est-ce que l’Analyse du Cycle de Vie (ACV) ? L’Analyse du Cycle de Vie est une méthode qui permet de quantifier le potentiel d’impact environnemental d’un produit ou d’un service et ce tout au long de son cycle de vie. Cette méthode comptabilise tous «les flux physiques de matières et d’énergies mis en œuvre pour sa fabrication» et exprime ses résultats pour un service rendu par le produit. According to ADEME, the textile and clothing industry is the second most polluting industry in the world after the oil industry, accounting for nearly 2% of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and 4% of global water consumption. ROBUR has chosen to operate transparently so that you can choose your workwear with full knowledge of its impact on the environment. This environmental aspect is illustrated in the catalogue by means of a colour scale ranging from red to dark green (from the highest impact to the lowest). Let us explain how it works... What is a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)? A Life Cycle Assessment is a way of quantifying the potential environmental impact of a product or service throughout its life cycle. This method takes into account all “physical flows of materials and energy used in its production” and expresses the results in terms of product use. The scoring system Like the Nutri-Score system, the Robur environmental labelling system consists of a colour scale that classifies our clothing based on various indicators of potential environmental impact. Participation in the project This initiative has paid off thanks to close collaboration between our CSR division and APESA, and the involvement of all of our departments and suppliers. ADEME also helped us with our subsidy applications, for which we are extremely grateful. We would also like to thank our customers for their interest in CSR, which is increasingly important to us. Conclusion Given that comfort, durability and quality go hand in hand in our line of business, we also fully incorporate sustainable development into the innovation of our products. Environmental labelling, which both assesses the impact of our products and encourages us to design them with the environment in mind, is a prime example of this. Our biggest challenge now is to continuously improve our operations, which also means reducing our impact on the environment. Olivia Responsable Marketing Produit Product Manager Responsable Produit est une véritable fonction de Chef d’Orchestre. De sa conception à sa commercialisation, mon rôle est d’accompagner toutes les étapes de la vie du produit. À partir de l’analyse du marché et des tendances, j’anticipe les envies de nos clients pour imaginer la collection du futur et offrir à chacun l’article qui lui correspond, alliant confort, technicité, mais aussi facilité d’entretien et résistance. Choix des tissus, couleurs, innovations, modèles... j’élabore et développe dans les moindres détails la gamme en étroite collaboration avec les différents services (Bureau d’Etudes, R&D, Commercial…). Mon métier me permet ainsi d’échanger chaque jour avec des interlocuteurs variés, tous passionnés et passionnants ! The Product Manager coordinates the whole thing, like the conductor of an orchestra. From design through to marketing, my role is to oversee all stages of the product’s lifespan. Based on an analysis of the market and trends, I anticipate what our customers will want, to come up with future collections and give everyone the garments they really want, combining comfort and technicality with ease of maintenance and resistance. From choosing fabrics and colours to innovations and styles, I produce and develop the range, paying attention to even the smallest of details, in close collaboration with the relevant departments (Design Office, R&D, Sales, etc.). 25 VESTES DE CUISINE COOKING’S JACKETS Marion Responsable Recherche & Développement Research & Development Manager "Robur est une entreprise qui évolue vite et qui s’en donne les moyens" Mon poste a pris de l’ampleur rapidement en fonction des besoins : en parallèle de la R&D, je pilote également la RSE (Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises) & le SMQ (Système de Management de la Qualité). Le projet R&D est dédié aux matières textiles : je recherche et propose des tissus qui vont s’adapter au cahier des charges du client. Chaque année, nous avons pour objectif de lancer une innovation (Seaqual, 37.5®). La partie RSE regroupe toutes les démarches qui répondent aux valeurs et convictions de l’entreprise pour le développement durable. C’est être, à tous les niveaux, dans l’amélioration continue : le but est de diminuer notre impact sur l’environnement. Enfin, la fonction SMQ consiste à cartographier tous les processus internes et s’assurer qu’il n’y ait pas de dysfonctionnements. Je suis en interaction avec tous les services (Commercial, Achats, BE, Marketing…) : c’est socialement et professionnellement très enrichissant. “Robur is a very rapidly evolving company that knows, and indeed has, what it takes to succeed”. My job has grown rapidly to reflect the needs expressed, and alongside the R&D aspect, I also take care of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) & QMS (Quality Management System) elements. The R&D aspect focuses on textile materials - I research and suggest fabrics that can be adapted to the client’s specifications, and we aim to launch one innovative product every year (Seaqual, 37.5®). With regard to the CSR aspect, this includes all initiatives that reflect the company’s values and beliefs in terms of sustainable development. This means continuously making improvements on all levels with the aim of reducing our environmental impact. Last but not least, the QMS element involves mapping all of our internal processes and ensuring that there are no malfunctions. I get to interact with all of the relevant departments (Sales, Purchasing, Design, Marketing, etc.), which is really enriching on both a social and a professional level. & développement Recherche

Angela Responsable Atelier Workshop Manager Atelier 37 VESTES DE CUISINE COOKING’S JACKETS A l’atelier, nous sommes les fées qui coupons et assemblons les prototypes des nouveaux modèles des collections ROBUR. Fatiah, Vanh, Trinh et Anaïs; mes prototypistes; montent les modèles de A à Z. Nous avons un métier exigeant qui nécessite beaucoup de polyvalence. Bien évidemment, il faut de la dextérité et de la minutie, mais aussi des connaissances techniques solides pour interpréter les patrons et les dossiers techniques réalisés par le Bureau d’Etudes. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec le Bureau d’Etudes pour trouver les solutions de montage les plus efficaces et qualitatives possibles. L’objectif final étant toujours le même : que nos vêtements soient à la fois beaux et résistants. Je suis fière de mon équipe qui m’accompagne toujours dans la bonne humeur. We in the workshop are the fairies who cut out and assemble the prototypes for the new styles in the ROBUR collections, with Fatiah, Vanh, Trinh and Anaïs, my prototypists, assembling the garments from start to finish. We have a demanding job that requires a lot of versatility. Obviously, it also takes dexterity and meticulousness, as well as a sound knowledge of the technical side of things in order to interpret the patterns and technical files produced by the Design Office. We work closely with the Design Office to identify the most efficient assembly solutions possible that also offer the best possible quality, the ultimate aim always being to ensure that our garments not only look great but are also resistant. Colas Modéliste Pattern Maker Marie Responsable Technique Technical Manager Bureau d’Etudes 49 VESTES DE CUISINE COOKING’S JACKETS Au Bureau d’Etudes nous nous plaisons à dire que nous sommes les architectes du vêtement. C’est au sein de notre service que chaque nouveau modèle va prendre vie et passer de l’état d’idée et de projet à un produit bien réel. Travailler au Bureau d’Etudes c’est avant tout travailler en équipe. Chaque membre de notre bureau à un rôle spécifique à jouer pour concevoir, réaliser et industrialiser nos vêtements : Marie, Responsable Technique, a pour mission de veiller à la faisabilité industrielle des vêtements. Elle guide le travail des modélistes afin que le produit fini soit à la fois le plus qualitatif possible et le mieux adapté à une production industrielle. Zohra, Cécile et Colas, les modélistes, réalisent les patrons des vêtements en CAO (Conception Assistée par Ordinateur). Ils collaborent étroitement avec l’atelier de prototypage afin de procéder à des essayages et des modifications jusqu’à obtenir la coupe parfaite. Sabrina et Floriane, Agents des Méthodes, s’occupent de toute la logistique qui entoure l’industrialisation de chaque modèle : calcul d’un prix de revient, réalisation d’une nomenclature, élaboration d’un dossier technique détaillé. Françoise, Responsable du Bureau, veille au bon fonctionnement de ce processus. Les compétences de chacun se complètent, nous confrontons nos points de vue… c’est ce bouillonnement d’idées qui rend notre travail passionnant. We in the Design Office like to say that we are the architects of the garment; it’s our department that brings each new style to life, transforming the idea and the design into an actual product. Working in the Design Office is first and foremost about working as a team. Each member of our office has a specific role to play in the design, production and industrialisation of our clothing: Technical Manager Marie is responsible for ensuring the industrial feasibility of the garments we produce, overseeing the work of the pattern makers so that the finished product offers the best possible quality and is the best suited to industrial production. Pattern makers Zohra, Cécile and Colas produce the patterns for the garments using CAD (Computer Aided Design). They work closely with the prototyping workshop to perform multiple fittings and make the necessary modifications until they achieve the perfect fit. Production Engineers Sabrina and Floriane take care of all of the logistics relating to the industrialisation of each product, calculating cost prices, drawing up a bill of materials and producing a detailed technical file. Office Manager Françoise ensures that this process runs smoothly. The skills of each individual on the team complement each other, we compare our perspectives etc., and it is this pooling of ideas that makes our work so exciting.
